Rachel Howell

Birth and Postpartum Doula

My mission is to foster positive relationships between the expecting family and their healthcare providers throughout pregnancy and birth. I am here to help guide you and your partner through pregnancy by offering informational support, including recommended reading and local resources, physical support, and emotional encouragement. Whether you intend to have a medicated or natural hospital birth, planned cesarean section, or a planned home birth, I am here to help you. I support first time parents and seasoned parents alike. I draw on my education, training, and personal experiences to provide you with the best possible support in the ways that you desire and need.

I am a ProDoula certified birth and postpartum doula. I have a passion for pregnancy, birth, breast/chest-feeding, and new babies! I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. My own pregnancy and birth experiences led me down a path of an unbridled passion for all things pregnancy and baby related. I am currently working on becoming a childbirth educator and certified in aromatherapy. When I’m not supporting birthing and new families, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 children, going for walks through my neighborhood, and attending a weekly Bible Study with other women of Christ.
